D1 Operations Group (“D1 Ops,” “we,” “us”) uses SMS text messaging solely to verify your identity when logging into the D1 Ops Portal. By providing your phone number and checking the consent box, you agree to receive a one-time verification code via SMS.
Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. D1 Ops does not charge for SMS verification.
You may opt out of SMS verification at any time by using the “Email Link” login option instead. If you wish to have your phone number removed from our system, contact us at katie@d1ops.com.
Your phone number is stored securely in our authentication system (powered by Supabase). SMS delivery is handled by Twilio, a trusted communications platform. Both services maintain industry-standard security practices.
