SMS Terms & Privacy Policy

SMS Verification Service

D1 Operations Group (“D1 Ops,” “we,” “us”) uses SMS text messaging solely to verify your identity when logging into the D1 Ops Portal. By providing your phone number and checking the consent box, you agree to receive a one-time verification code via SMS.

What We Send

  • A single SMS containing a 6-digit verification code each time you log in
  • No marketing messages, promotional content, or recurring texts
  • Message frequency: one message per login attempt

Message & Data Rates

Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. D1 Ops does not charge for SMS verification.

Opting Out

You may opt out of SMS verification at any time by using the “Email Link” login option instead. If you wish to have your phone number removed from our system, contact us at katie@d1ops.com.

How We Use Your Phone Number

  • To send one-time login verification codes
  • To associate your phone number with your client portal account
  • We do not sell, share, or use your phone number for any other purpose
  • We do not share your phone number with third parties for marketing

Data Storage & Security

Your phone number is stored securely in our authentication system (powered by Supabase). SMS delivery is handled by Twilio, a trusted communications platform. Both services maintain industry-standard security practices.

Carriers Supported

SMS verification is supported on all major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and most regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
